8.动物基因编辑与模式动物

团队介绍

动物基因编辑与模式动物团队现有固定成员5人,包括团队带头人1人,研究骨干4人,其中教授1人,副研究员2人,实验师1人,博士后1人,在读博士研究生2名、硕士研究生25名。团队近年来承担包括国家重点研发计划项目课题与子课题、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家级课题6项,到账经费987万元;团队成员以第一或通讯作者在Nature Communications, Cell Research, Stem Cell Report, Frontiers in Immunology, Theriogenology等期刊发表SCI论文70余篇;获得黑龙江省自然科学一等奖等奖项2项、获得授权国家发明专利5项。该团队以基因编辑与模式动物为研究对象,主要开展如下4个方面的研究:

(1)免疫缺陷兔研究:开展SCID兔和类NOD-SCID兔的制备与应用研究,对免疫细胞发育相关基因进行编辑来获得免疫缺陷兔模型。

(2)猪体细胞核移植重编程机制的研究:以猪体细胞核移植胚胎为模型,研究体细胞重编程机制。

(3)基因编辑模型猪的生产:针对生物医学与家畜育种领域的重大需求,利用基因编辑与核移植技术生产模型猪。

(4)基因编辑技术优化和改进:围绕如何提高精确基因编辑效率、减少脱靶率,开展基因编辑机制研究。

团队带头人 宋军

 

1. 个人简介

宋军,男,东北农业大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师,动物基因编辑与模式动物团队带头人。2021年获得东北农业大学“东农学者计划”第四层次人才称号。2013年以来,一直专注于动物克隆、基因修饰与基因修饰动物模型构建的研究,以第一或通讯作者在Nature Communications, Cell Research, Stem Cell Report, Frontiers in Immunology等杂志发表SCI论文40多篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家重点研发计划项目课题1项。获得黑龙江省科学技术进步奖一等奖1项(2009年)。

1. 个人简介

牟彦双,男,东北农业大学生命科学学院副研究员,硕士研究生导师。2015年获得东北农业大学“青年才俊”人才称号。多年以来,一直专注于哺乳动物基因编辑的研究,以第一或通讯作者在Theriogenology ,FEBS Letter等杂志发表SCI论文30多篇。主持国家自然科学基金等课题5项。获得黑龙江省自认科学进步一等奖1项(2009年)。

1. 个人简介

翁晓刚,男,东北农业大学生命科学学院副研究员,博士生导师。主要研究方向为猪体细胞核移植重编程机制,以及利用基因编辑与核移植技术生产模型猪。在Theriogenology、Reprod Domest Anim、J Anim Sci等杂志发表SCI论文10余篇。主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金等项目8项。获得黑龙江省高校科学技术一等奖(2021年)。获得黑龙江省高校青年创新人才、东北农业大学“青年才俊”人才称号。
